Who I am as a teacher:

• I consider myself a forever-student. It is both an honor and a privilege to learn, grow, self-reflect, and grow some more alongside my students.
• I value structure, consistency, and organized space. A sense of safety and well-being is crucial to make room for growth.
• I bring a “camp counselor” spirit to the classroom, infusing fun, creativity, and exploration into all subject matters.
• I am passionate about social-emotional learning and holistic education. Building an empathetic, supportive, and accepting community will always be my top priority.
• I encourage all who enter my classroom to lean into their humanness, view mistakes as opportunities, and love one another and oneself.
