Kera Abraham Panni

Kera brings a wealth of communications and policy experience from her 11 years as a journalist focused on local and environmental issues. She currently holds an outreach position with the Conservation & Science Department at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

At ISM, Kera is passionate about the pairing of diversity and rigor that is realized on campus throughout the school year. Kera deeply values the ISM programming that celebrates our differences and helps each student understand their impact on their various communities — from classroom and neighborhood, to city and school district, to the greater world we all share.

Kera strives to embody the respect, kindness, hard work and accountability modeled by her parents and mentors. She is honored by the opportunity to participate in ISM’s mission to educate all children toward becoming conscientious, compassionate, and responsible citizens of the world.
