Lynn Bentaleb

Lynn Bentaleb is the executive director of the Nancy Buck Ransom Foundation where she has served since 2017. Prior to that, she worked for the Community Foundation, focusing on youth programs. She joined the ISM Board of Trustees in 2019, bringing her expertise in philanthropy with her. Lynn has a Masters of Public Administration degree in nonprofit management from Monterey Institute of International Studies. Prior to that, she had a career in international education, making her a natural fit for the ISM Community.

She has a multicultural family with a Moroccan husband and 2 children (a 15-month-old daughter and 5-year-old son in 2019). Her family celebrates diversity and finds ISM attractive for its curriculum and international focus. Lynn is best exemplified by the IB Learner Profile trait of Communicator.
