Mission Statement: The Family Association will build a community of families by:
- Working with school staff to develop motivational and fun events that complement the ISM academic program

Volunteer Opportunities - PTO Manager

PTO Made Easy Instructions
Our volunteer management system called PTO Manager! PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization) Manager is a web-based and password protected program, which can be accessed from any computer, anywhere, by ISM community members. All of the data sits on a secure location and it is backed up daily.
The PTO Manager Volunteer Builder component allows ISM Family Association and administration members to:
- Increase our volunteer base and facilitate signing up for events
- Match volunteer' interests to school needs
- Track the number of volunteer hours members have worked and times of the day or week they are available. (No more "I didn't know about these events", or deciphering messy, hard-to-read paper sign in sheets!)
- And most importantly: it allows you, the volunteers, to find out about most of ISM's volunteering opportunities and to input your own volunteering time from home, or from a dedicated computer in ISM's library.
Volunteers chaperoning fieldtrips or helping in the classroom must be fingerprinted through the MPUSD agency. Please see below and visit the front office for the form and details.
When volunteering on campus, you must first sign in at the office and wear a visitor’s badge.
