Room Parent (RP) Team

These various positions provide an excellent support system for our teachers and children. Detailed job descriptions can be found here for the Room Parent Coordinator, 2-person RP Classroom Team, and Classroom Assistant(s). RPs attend or provide updates for monthly Family Association meetings (the last Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 8:00pm) and report back to the class of upcoming events. Requires frequent use of email for communication from/to Room Parent Coordinator.

Please post these memos as appropriate for your classroom. Dedicated wall space or a bulletin board is recommended for posting ongoing and new classroom or campus-wide information. Templates are provided to help with organization. These are suggested forms only, please feel free to be creative and expand on what we have provided here. We are also eager for feedback, so please remind us if we have overlooked important information.
